Auction
Our plan is to have four different sessions of
silent auctions during each of the first four den races. (There will be a
final three minutes for bidding after each race has ended so listen for the
three minute bell.) Following the last den race and before the pack's
final race, we will have a live auction.

Every family who wants to participate will be given a bidder number and a
paddle for the live auction. There will be extra numbers available for
guests. An auction catalog will be forwarded by Thursday night via
email. It will detail what items are in each auction session, starting
bids and bidding increments. We will also provide auction proxy forms
which you may use for specific items offered in sessions when you may not be
present or to put in bids for friends and family members.
Please take the time to review the auction catalog before coming on
Saturday. While we know that some packages are especially
appealing, please consider bidding on the smaller packages like the fast
food coupons or dinner and movie tickets, as well. Also, we all love
to get a good price on a package that has a lot of value but please
remember that we are all doing this to raise funds for the pack while having a
good time.
