Our annual Pack Family Pool Party is being held on Sunday, August 3, from 8-10 p.m. at Nob Hill Swim Club.  If it rains, we will postpone the pool party to a later date.  Please bring  an appetizer or dessert to share.   The pack will provide beverages and munchies.  You're allowed to bring pool toys, and we will have some music.   Directions are at the end of this message.

Every boy in the pack, including the 9 new Tigers, is welcome to come

This is another activity that can be counted toward the Summertime Activity Pin.  These pins are given out to scouts who participate in a Scouting event all three months (June, July and August).  Between District, Pack  and den events, the boys have a couple of opportunities per month to choose from.  Please keep track of participation so you can report it to your den leader.

Directions to Nob Hill Swim Club

Make a RIGHT turn onto Frederick Road and go 0.8 miles east.

You are looking for Dogwood Drive on your left.  The street sign is hidden by trees and the last street sign you can see on your left is Walker Drive.  When you drive past Walker Drive, you will see a white fence beyond some trees on your left.  Dogwood Drive is right before the telephone pole next to this white fence.

Make a LEFT onto Dogwood Drive and go north 0.2 miles.  Drive slowly because there are a number of bumps along the way.  You will soon see Route 40 in front of you, and, on your right, you will have a whole bunch of pine trees hiding the sign for Rollingview Court.

Make a sharp RIGHT onto Rollingview Court.

Make a LEFT onto Westwood Drive which is the first street.  You will go down the street and see Westwood Court on your left.  Keep going straight.

Right after Westwood Court, on the left side there are three driveways right next to each other as the street starts curving towards the right.

You want to make a LEFT into the middle driveway which has a black metal mailbox on the right of the driveway with the number "9538."  This driveway will lead you back to the swim club.  The driveway has bumps also and it's in the shade so drive slowly.  Only one car can pass so watch for any cars that might be coming out of the swim club.
